America's Grand Mufti: Barack Hussein Obama

By Rich Carroll

Let's stop tiptoeing around the etiology of political correctness about this guy Moon bats call “Mr. President.” Obama's Muslim administration has instructed top government officials to use the phrase “the Holy Qur'an” when referring to the Islamic book of murdering filth. You will hear Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, General Petraus or anyone speaking for “The United States” use this sickening submissive phrase. The “Bible,” however, will remain the “Bible” and not the “Holy Bible.” Since the “Qur'an” tells readers 109 times to kill infidels and Jews, and calls for jihad 41 times, this charlatan we have as president feels it deserves the title “Holy.” What do you expect from someone who never uses the words Jesus or God? Obama has a habit of leaving out “creator” when he quotes the founding document. Passover recalls the bondage and suffering of Jews in Egypt and the miracle of the Exodus, but Barack Hussein Obama says “its message is reflected in Muslim uprisings.” Huh?

The latest wreckage Obama has left behind in his rush to Islamisize the United States is the inexcusable granting of U.S. Citizenship to three convicted Muslim terrorists. This is what we come to expect from someone who said “I consider it my responsibility to fight against negative stereotype of Islam where ever they appear,” but where is the outrage? Where was the media concern when Obama placed Muslims high-up within our Homeland Security?

For over half his life, this out of nowhere “CIC” has aligned himself with radical extremists who hate American and he refuses to denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail. He knows far more about Islam than he does Christianity, and he scares me because he recently imported 80,000 foreign Muslims at a time when our national unemployment is already double-digits.

On the 14th of April, Obama hosted Emir Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani of Qatar, otherwise known as the “boss of Al-Jazeera” for a meeting in the Oval Office. Obama called this terrorist thug “Your Highness.” “Your Highness” sponsors Anti-American and Anti-Semitic cleric Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who is most recently supervising the Islamic transformation of Eqypt. These are the types of people Obama called “friends,” a list that includes Nation of Islam Minister Khallid Muhammad (who gave his famous Kill the White Man speech in 1996.) This Muslim thug was also publically supported by Al Sharpton, Keith Ellison, and Cynthia McKinney; more Obama friends. When Khallid died in 2001, Al Sharpton rushed to his bed side and gave $10,000 to pay for his funeral. The media, afraid of the “racist” label, hides the rampant extremism of the black community that Obama vehemently supports. Not only is Obama's campaign to “fundamentally transform” American into a second-rate socialist dump advancing at a rapid pace, his Islamization process is speeding right along. You and I are suppose to forget the 17,134 Muslim terrorist attacks since 911. We are suppose to forget 911. America is getting fed-up with pussy-footing around Obama's murdering cult. So are our Afghanistan soldiers who are rapidly losing faith in his intentions and leadership.

Under Obama's instructions, the Islamification of the educational system is well underway. Textbooks whitewash Islam's bloody history. Public school children are forbidden to pray or recite the Pledge of Allegiance, but are obliged to play “Muslim for a day.” Meanwhile, universities eagerly introduce foot baths, Muslim prayer rooms and Halal cafeteria food.

Are you aware that written into the Obama Health Care Swindle Muslims are given a pass on paying? Yes, YOU must pay for Muslim healthcare. Nice eh? Thank you Barack Hussein Obama. Please tell your friends this “special dispensation” given to his brethren at your expense.

Thanks to Barack Hussein Obama Muslims are obtaining a foothold in U.S. Government agencies. The #1 target is internships at the State Department, followed by #2 Fellowships at the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, and #3 Presidential Management Fellowships. Did I mention YOU pay for the these?

Lawfare is on the rise in the U.S. Muslim groups file expensive, time consuming lawsuits against critics of Islam, and it is no secret that Muslims on welfare is a plot to drain us financially. An example is one Muslim man in Dearborn, Michigan with 8 wives. All 8 wives draw welfare checks. Compound these figures.

Increasingly, Muslim employees are suing companies for the "right" to refuse to handle "unclean" pork or alcohol, or the "right" to wear headscarves. These demands for accommodation extend even behind prison walls, where Muslim prisoners (indoctrinated by Muslim chaplains trained by foreign extremists) insist on getting special treatment as well. What is worse? Your tax payer funded Department of Justice spends YOUR money to defend these cases on behalf of the Muslims.

We as a nation forgot the quote “The price of freedom is eternal vigilance” and put a phony Muslim plant in our White House who is now trying desperately to reconnect with an America (and our heritage) that he does not care about and his insincerity is glaring. Let's therefore, call him what he does better than “president,” he is a Mohammedan Mufti who has issued a fatwa to “fundamentally change America”...to a Muslim state.

No More Truth, Justice, and the American Way

Today's post is dedicated
To our very dear fried Raul,
Our very own Superman.
A Citizen of The United States.
And a great patriot!
Thanks for the memories.

We really can't say that today was a slow news day, can we?  The Royal Wedding in England will be viewed by some 200 billion people world wide today.  In this troubled world, it seems that people are anxious to be lost, even if for just a few hours, in a bit of real life fairy tale.  It's a way to escape the serious woes we face.

As a nation, we're not just overcome with the financial crisis that affects us all, but we now all join in prayer for those who have lost everything in America's southern states, especially Alabama, as devastating monster tornadoes have killed and destroyed everything in their path.

While reading various journals today, this story stood out above the others and we decided that there was a very good message hidden in this bit of whimsy, Superman becoming a citizen of the world.  Superman has been a part of our lives for over fifty years.  As children our older friend and neighbor would dress up in his Superman costume and pretend to fly over patio walls and impress the awestruck sisters with his prowess.

Whereas Sister One preferred to dwell in the world of her own imagination, Sister Two became and continues to be a die hard Superman fan.  It pains us that the editors at DC Comics have come up with this ridiculous idea, yet it is somehow a reflection of the citizenship issues that are such a part of our political scene today.

After The Weekly Standard published the article by Jonathan Last, they received the following email from a reader:

"Is Superman really an American citizen? I don't think he's ever actually released his birth certificate, and I don't know whether we should assume that the whole born-on-another-planet story is even true. But if it is, then he's not a natural-born American citizen. Was he ever naturalized? Has anyone seen the naturalization papers? What is he trying to hide? If I were Donald Trump I would be on the inside back page of The Weekly Standard saying that Superman can't renounce his citizenship if he never was a citizen to begin with and that he could put an end to the entire controversy just by producing the documents."  We'll let the readers decide.

Superman, No More?
by Jonathan Last
The Weekly Standard

Superman is about to renounce his U.S. citizenship. The nerd press is reporting that in a story written by David Goyer in Action Comics #900, Superman becomes disgusted with the U.S. government, renounces his citizenship, and becomes a “citizen of the universe.” Awesome

This isn’t the first time Supes has flirted with turning his back on America. In the (truly wretched) 2006 movie Superman Returns, audiences were told that the Man of Steel stands for “truth, justice, and all that stuff.” Last year, J. Michael Straczynski wrote an arc for the character where Superman walks across America on a listening tour to try to sort out just what his feelings were toward the country (and vice versa).

Besides, this “citizen of the universe” stuff probably isn’t permanent, because virtually nothing in comics is. (See the Bucky Clause of Hero Death.)

Even so, having Superman renounce America is—as a point of storytelling—about the dumbest thing DC Comics could do. (And that’s saying something—because DC has been trying to drive their franchises into the ground since Dan DiDio came onboard in 2002.)

Why is it stripping Superman of his American-hood so stupid? Because without it, he’s Doctor Manhattan. From the dramatic perspective, Superman is a problematic character because he’s just too powerful. Faster than the Flash, stronger than Wonder Woman, able to fly, x-ray vision, the heat-beam eyes, super breath—not to mention total and complete invulnerability to everything. (Except the kryptonite, of course.) If you’re writing a Superman story, it’s virtually impossible to put him in any real jeopardy, to build any dramatic tension concerning his adventures.

There are only two ways to write dramatically satisfying Superman stories. The first is to put the people around him in peril. (Though you he can only save Jimmy and Lois so many times before tedium sets in.) The second is to explore Superman’s moral limits—and their consequences.

And in the end, the only truly interesting aspect of Superman’s character is his complete devotion to America. Because it’s this devotion—of which his citizenship is the anchor—that establishes all of his moral limits. Why does this demi-god not rule the earth according to his own will? The only satisfying answer is that he declines to do so because he believes in America and has chosen to be an American citizen first and a super man second.

All of the best Superman moments come when the tensions of this choice are explored. Like, for instance, in Frank Miller’s Dark Knight Returns, when Supes, acting on the orders of President Reagan, goes to Gotham City to arrest Batman. Or in Darwyn Cook’s New Frontier, when Superman is fighting in Vietnam as an agent of the U.S. government. He is partnered with Wonder Woman, who shares none of his fealty to America. At one point, Wonder Woman goes AWOL and when Superman finds her, she has taken control of a Vietcong prison camp and turned the female captives loose on their jailers. While Superman is startled by the carnage, Wonder Woman—who is, after all, a warrior princess—rejoices in it. As Superman wrestles with the moral contradictions, Wonder Woman says icily, “Go home, spaceman.” Heck, in Brad Meltzer’s fantastic Identity Crisis, Superman barely has ten lines of dialogue. But the story is shaped largely by the other heroes tip-toeing around Clark, because they know he wouldn’t tolerate their morally questionable actions.

All of these stories work because Superman believes in, and is part of, America. Once he’s a “citizen of the universe” what, exactly, will he believe in? Heck, what does “citizen of the Universe” even mean? Will Superman now adhere to the Tamaran code of honor? Will he follow the Atlantean system of monarchy? Does he believe in liberté, égalité, fraternité, or sharia? Does he believe in British interventionism or Swiss neutrality? You see where I’m going with this: If Superman doesn’t believe in America, then he doesn’t believe in anything.

And if an invulnerable demigod doesn’t believe in anything, then what he really believes in is himself—his own judgments, foibles, preferences, and partialities. At which point he is drained of every last bit of dramatic interest. He’s Doctor Manhattan and all he can do is exile himself to the moon and let the little people carry on with the hurly-burly of earth.

Like I said, there’s no reason to make too much of this. Captain America renounced his country once, too. And, like with Superman’s death, this will almost certainly be temporary. But for those of us who still hold some small lingering affection for DC Comics, it would be nice if they showed the teensiest bit of intelligence in the handling of their important properties.

“Triumph of the Will”

by Rich Carroll

Watching Adolph Hitler's 1935 masterfully filmed Nazi political religion movie I was struck with one thought: Obama. Hitler descending god-like out of the skies past twin cathedral spires reminded me of Obama's famous Denver speech with an elaborate columned stage resembling a miniature Greek temple. In this film, Triumph of the Will, Hitler is cast as a veritable Messiah who will save the nation if only the citizenry will put its destiny in his hands. Sound familiar?

Many scenes in this film are of Hitler flying in airplanes, a luxury known only to a select few in the 1930s, but Hitler had made himself widely associated with the practice, having been the first politician to campaign via air travel. Air travel reinforced his image and defined him as the “top man” in the movement. Hitler surrounded himself with generals. Obama surrounds himself with czars. Both were for BIG government. Both extreme narcissists. Hitler's friends were composed of extremist thugs with sinister backgrounds; so are Obama's. Hitler worked feverishly to hide his family from any background investigations. Are these things sounding familiar?

The parallels of the campaign themes of unity, togetherness and change are more than eerie and many scenes blur the distinction between the party, the nation, and the people. If a crowd isn't unified in saying the enemy (Republicans) are bad, the audience starts to have doubts. Children are used extensively. Smiling children; singing children. Hitler believed it was critical to reach the youth. So did Obama. One scene in the film devoted to recruiting children says “We want to be a united nation, and you, my youth, are to become this nation. In the future, we do not wish to see classes and cliques, and you must not allow them to develop among you. One day, we want to see one nation.” Of course, one “pure” nation is never mentioned. Many of Hitler's and Obama's speeches are similar in delivery, and response is the same with starry-eyed worshipers worked-up into banner waving frenzies the likes of which were never seen before in Germany...or America. Both “campaigners” were successful at seducing many wise men and women to admire rather than despise, and undoubtedly won friends all over the world. Hitler's “Film” was required viewing in schools across Germany. How many American school classrooms were involved with songs or marching with the Obama Flag in the background? Hitler, however, never apologized for Germany. Hitler wanted the people to believe in Germany and themselves. Obama has found it necessary to apologize for America's exceptional accomplishments and achievements for all of mankind. How embarrassing to have a President apologize for your success.

There is another similarity with both speakers: They lead a national socialist movement. But, while Hitler continued to build confidence in the ability of the German people and their nation, Obama subordinates American citizens with an agenda that more strongly supports Islam and the Muslim movement. Obama's staff, like Hitler's, is extremely racist with a “get whitey” mentality in every department. Symbols of Christianity have been removed from the White House, and Obama functions and replaced with statements like “I consider it my responsibility to put a stop to the negative image given to the peaceful religion of Islam.” This year our “White House” did hold a Ramadan celebration, but no mention of Easter. Of course to this White House our Holy Bible is merely “the Bible” while the Koran is the “Holy Koran.” Our “enemy” according to this administration, is not terrorist Mohammedans, but those among us who continually paints Islam in a negative light. Obama giving $770 million dollars for the refurbishing of mosques around the globe is a hint of things to come. Look for more of the same; only more blatantly noticeable.

Many historians will tell you Adolph Hitler's ego would not let him surrender peaceably, going so far as to use children in the final days of allied bombardment that devastated far more German territory and populace than needed. He was selfish enough to use his own people and country to fight to the “bitter end.”

My question to you is: Should Barack Obama see far in advance that he cannot possibly win re-election will he capitulate peaceably to the Republicans, or will his gargantuan ego use his last days to destroy America? Will we, as Germany did, suffer from the cumulative effect on all the negatives from our leaders past?

W and the Warriors - The W100

How about some good news for a change?  Many of you have probably seen clips of the "Warrior 100k," but have you seen the pictures?  On a day when the news bring stories of turmoil in the Middle East, uncertainty in the economy, and bleak speculation about the country's future, from out in the West Texas desert comes a story of dedication, courage and inspiration.

The "W100" is  100 kilometer bike ride in the Big Bend of Texas.  It is a part of the George W. Bush Presidential Center's Social Enterprise Initiative.   The "W"in the title stands for Warrior.
Beginning yesterday, April 25, fourteen servicemen and women who were wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan joined President George W. Bush for a 100 kilometer mountain bike ride in the Big Bend.

The W100  recognizes the bravery and physical strength of those warriors who were wounded in Afghanistan  and Iraq during operations Enduring Freedom and  Iraqi Freedom.  Bret Baier, Fox News' Special Report anchor will  be joining the president and the warriors on the ride.

The W100 is also an opportunity to highlight the good work of those organizations which provide support to the U.S. Military.  The Challenged Athletes Foundation, Ride 2 Recovery, World T.E.A.M. Sports, and Wounded Warrior Project have partnered with the W100 in this unprecedented event.

One may or many not agree with Mr. Bush's  policies during his eight years in office, but there is one thing that we are sure that can never be doubted and that was his love for the United States of America, and his respect and admiration for our men and women in Uniform.  Asked by Bret Baier what he missed most about not being president, he answered without hesitation:  "Being Commander in Chief!"  He noted that he did not miss Washington D.C. but he did miss being able to interact with the troops.  Some readers might recall that after the Ft. Hood tragedy in 2009, President and Mrs. Bush were the first dignitaries to arrive to visit the wounded, express their concern, and wish them all well.

We've taken the liberty to use the photos that were posted on Mr. Bush's page on Facebook.  We're sure that many have seen them but many more have not.  The ride through Big Bend State Park is not an easy one.  The road is rough and rocky and the terrain is challenging and the views and sunsets are spectacular.  It's hot and dry now in Texas  and the temperatures are in the 90s.  Tomorrow's high will be 97 degrees.  The W100 began on Monday with a 12 mile (19.4 km) ride in the heat of the day. A grueling 30 mile (48.3 km) ride followed on Tuesday, and  President Bush and the warriors will finish up the last 20 miles (32.3 km) on Wednesday.

To read more about the W100, see more pictures and videos, and to meet the riders please go to www.100k.com .  We thank President Bush for making the Warriors 100k the first event of his Social Enterprise Initiative.  We can't think of a better beginning than to acknowledge those brave men and women who gave so much of themselves in the service of their country.  God Bless each and every one of them and God Bless the United States of America.

Silence of the Obamas

A few days ago,  along with some friends,  we discussed the issue of race in America.  At the center of our conversation was the fact that prior to Obama's election, we'd not heard the words "racist" or "discrimination" within the context of our conversations in quite some time, yet now the word is bandied about frequently and freely.  Having come of age in the 1960s we clearly remember the Civil Rights Movement, Dr. Martin Luther King, the boycott in Alabama, the march to Selma.  In fact, the struggle of black Americans to achieve racial equality in all aspects of life is firmly imprinted in our minds.  Perhaps we've led sheltered lives not being in the inner city, but we have to say that racial relations in our childrens' generation is a far cry from what it was when we were children, and the changes have been for the betterment of black Americans.

We don't deny that discrimination still exists.  It does for all races and creeds, and often in reverse form.  But the fact that much has been accomplished is indeed very real, and boundless opportunities are available for those willing to work hard to achieve their goals.  As they were growing up, through their high school and university years, our children had African American friends, roommates, fellow athletes, and co workers.  After their marriages, their friends often consisted of mixed race couples.  We'd advanced so far in achieving racial harmony, we scarcely gave it a thought.  This writer spent summers tutoring black basketball players so that the would still be scholastically NCAA eligible when they returned to school in the fall.  Their race was not an issue, if fact, it was nice to be called "Mama" by them as they became part of our extended family.

Why then, have we taken such backward steps in race relations in this country in the last two years?  Before Barack Obama's candidacy did we ever see baton carrying Black Panthers at the polling place?  Did Black entertainers turn out in droves in support of a candidate to turn out the vote, merely on the basis of race?  In his "I have a dream speech" Dr. King spoke to black Americans:

"But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force."

Where are the black American leaders to continue his tradition?  What we have instead are the Jesse Jacksons, the Al Sharptons stirring up racial tension any time trouble brews between blacks and whites.  They call themselves "reverends" but we never hear  words of healing, forgiveness, or spirituality from them.  Then there is Jeremiah Wright, Obama's one time spiritual advisor, preaching separatism of races.  Even worse, there is Louis Farrakhan and his Nation of Islam always searching for ways to blame "the white devils" for all ills that might befall the black  community.

Why is it that only whites are supposed to listen and learn from Dr. King's speech?  Where is the black leadership today admonishing other blacks that violence is not the means by which to achieve equality?  Why is it that Barack Obama remains silent when a crime against a white person is committed yet rushes in with comments if the situation were reversed?  Witness, if you will, in the account below the Obamas' hypocrisy in maintaining their silence in the face of racial atrocity when the victim is white, then ask yourself, "Why?"

The Obamas Silent in the Face of Race Atrocity

By Lauri B. Regan

For the average human being, it was not possible to watch the video of two black women beating the life out of a defenseless white woman at a McDonald's in Baltimore and not feel complete and total revulsion. Adding to the horror was the knowledge that the black employees -- one who only half-heartedly attempted to intervene, one who was filming the barbarism, and perhaps others not seen on the video -- did absolutely nothing to save the white woman from her assailants.

While police investigations are focusing on whether the attack was a racially motivated hate crime, the LGBT group is also suggesting that the assault was a hate crime due to the victim being a transgender woman, notwithstanding what appears to be a lack of evidence that the woman's sexual status was known by her assailants. In either case, it is clear from the video that the monsters beating their helpless prey were filled with animal blood lust that was completely inhuman.

One of the first thoughts that I had when trying to process this heinous assault that left the woman bleeding from her mouth and seizing violently on the ground was how it reminded me of the days of wilding, the Central Park jogger case in particular, and of all the other senseless hate crimes that occur in our cities.

But more importantly, I then thought about the fact that we have a black president who so far has remained silent about the crime. Barack Obama was vociferously outspoken when his black buddy Louis Gates was properly and justifiably arrested by white officers in Boston two years ago. However, when a white woman is brutally beaten to a pulp by two black women less than an hour from the White House, our POTUS has nothing to say on the subject.

And the reason that this is so offensive is two-fold: (i) Barack Hussein Obama was supposed to be our post-racial president bridging the racial divide and healing the country's wounds; and (ii) Michelle Obama has spent the better part of the past two and a half years as first lady dictating to America's youth what they should and should not be eating rather than helping them learn how they should and should not be acting.

With regard to our FLOTUS, where does one begin? While she gallivants across the globe on the taxpayer dime eating up delicious delicacies, she has chosen attacking the nation's childhood obesity problem as her raison d'être. And while childhood obesity may be a serious problem, I maintain that Michelle Obama is not the appropriate spokesperson for a multitude of reasons including her hypocrisy on the issue, her lavish lifestyle (that affords her the opportunity to eat as she desires and work it off the next day with her personal trainer), her lack of medical expertise, and her pathetic attempt to address the social and psychological issues underlying the problem.

Instead of telling people what they should order if they enter a McDonald's, the first lady should be teaching people how to act when they enter a McDonald's or any other public place. This is not a racist suggestion -- the suggestion is no different from Barack Obama telling young children that they can all fulfill their dreams since, as a minority, he was able to ascend to the highest office in the land.

Perhaps Michelle Obama has not watched the video clip of two black women beating the white woman to a pulp. If she has not, she should. And perhaps it will move her to stop talking about food and start talking about behavior, because with her fancy vacations, personal chef, elaborate parties, and other sundry benefits of the job comes responsibility.

And while I could go on for pages on Barack Obama's failures in office, what is relevant here is just how empty his rhetoric continues to be. For not only has he been an absentee president on multiple levels, but he has been the missing link in what was a real opportunity to bridge the racial divide that has been ailing our country.

In his famous "race speech" Obama stated:

"Race is an issue that I believe this nation cannot afford to ignore right now. ... And if we walk away now, if we simply retreat into our respective corners, we will never be able to come together and solve challenges like health care, or education, or the need to find good jobs for every American.
What we have already achieved gives us hope - the audacity to hope - for what we can and must achieve tomorrow."

Well it is tomorrow and our absentee president is, well,
absent. Healing the country's wounds is tough business. One cannot have the audacity to hope but then remain silent in the face of atrocities like that which occurred at a McDonald's restaurant this week.

Obama has not hesitated to interject himself into a multitude of domestic issues including the Louis Gates arrest (in which he opined, "what I think we know separate and apart from this incident is that there's a long history in this country of African-Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately"), the Ground Zero Mosque controversy (in which he discussed "[o]ur capacity to show not merely tolerance, but respect to those who are different from us"), and the Wisconsin budget protests (in which he stated that Governor Walker's legislation was "an assault on unions").

In Obama's world, African-Americans, Muslims, and unions are victims who deserve presidential support. There will be no prosecuting New Black Panthers who terrorize white voters, there will be a worldwide reach out to Islamic terrorists, and union thugs will be given carte blanche to bully members and non-members alike. But white transgender women are on their own.

Obama went on in his infamous speech:

A lack of economic opportunity among black men, and the shame and frustration that came from not being able to provide for one's family, contributed to the erosion of black families -- a problem that welfare policies for many years may have worsened. And the lack of basic services in so many urban black neighborhoods...all helped create a cycle of violence, blight and neglect that continue to haunt us.

Well yes they do continue to haunt us but blaming a lack of "economic opportunity" on the "cycle of violence" is disingenuous, lazy, and disgusting. It is disgusting because Obama seemingly justifies violence in the same manner that Palestinian apologists use to justify the murder of innocent Israeli civilians. Mr. President, violence is not a natural and acceptable consequence of economic strife in a civilized society.

In yet another Obama speech he stated the following:

But at a time when our discourse has become so sharply polarized -- at a time when we are far too eager to lay the blame for all that ails the world at the feet of those who happen to think differently than we do -- it's important for us to pause for a moment and make sure that we're talking with each other in a way that heals, not in a way that wounds.

Mr. President, it is time to stop talking. Perhaps instead of going to George Washington University to give a campaign speech justifying your abysmal economic policies, you should visit inner city schools and teach kids respect for human life and common decency. Take on the responsibilities of office which include immediately denouncing this act of violence and begin to address the cause full steam ahead. Move past your own resentments and anger about the travails of poor black Americans since the beginning of time and take proactive steps to help them learn to value life -- not government handouts and entitlements and certainly not violence.

I am not suggesting that what happened at the McDonald's in Baltimore is the Obamas' fault. But I am strongly advocating that they use their remaining time in office (God willing, only 19 more months) to the betterment of society. And what society needs desperately is a toning down of the anger, racism, and class warfare that the Obamas are fomenting.

Our country needs individuals in the White House who lead by example, who teach right from wrong, and who understand that no matter how much you share the wealth, there will always be people who remain devoid of morals and values until they are taught otherwise. The Ones who promised the country hope and change have done nothing to implement the promises they made to the black community or the country as a whole. It is time they owned up to their responsibilities to the people.

Could This Happen At Your College or University?

Our thanks to Rich Carroll for sending us this unbeliavable article.  It is still difficult that such a deprivation of human rights and freedom of speech can happen in an American University.  One need not be physically tortured to claim violation of human rights.  In this particular case there is a deliberate attempt on the part of school and political bureacrats to destroy students' life work and potential careers.  In the words of Mr. Carroll, "A truly horrendous story of politically motivated persecution at a state university. Absolutely unbelieveable. And more than enough that it should bring down a total storm, a force 10 hurricane, on the school and its administrators."

Political Payback – Oregon Style

By Paul Driessen
4/23/2011

http://www.oregonstateoutrage.com/
Confused visitors will be forgiven for thinking Oregon State University is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Congressman Pete DeFazio and the “progressive-socialist” wing of the Democratic Party. Or for likening what’s going on there to political retribution as practiced in Third World thugocracies.

The idea that three outstanding students – PhD candidates at OSU – could face dismissal, and worse, shortly before receiving their degrees, is simply shocking. That this could be happening because their father had the temerity to challenge an entrenched 12-term Democratic congressman (and OSU earmark purveyor) could make people think the university is in Zimbabwe, not America. Dr. Art Robinson is president of the nonprofit Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine, located on the family farm in southwestern Oregon, 180 miles from Corvallis. OISM focuses on biochemistry, diagnostic medicine, nutrition, preventive medicine and aging – and improving emergency preparedness and basic education.

After his wife died in 1988, Robinson raised and home-schooled his six children – all of whom became remarkable scholars, collaborating on research and a popular DVD series on math and science for home-schooled students and their parents. Five of the children have BS degrees in chemistry; one a degree in mathematics. Two earned doctorates in veterinary medicine; one a PhD in chemistry.

The three youngest are all at OSU, working on PhDs in nuclear engineering. They entered the field at a young age, helping their father write and publish the “pro-science, pro-technology, pro-free enterprise” newsletter, Access to Energy, which explains and advocates nuclear energy. Dr. Robinson is perhaps best known for the Oregon Petition Project, which states that “there is no convincing scientific evidence” that humans are causing “catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere” or disruption of its climate. It urges Congress to reject the 1997 Kyoto global warming agreement – and has been signed by more than 32,000 Americans with university degrees in physical sciences (including yours truly and over 9,000 PhDs).

The petition, and Robinson’s support for DDT in combating the malaria pandemic, drew anger and outrage from the political Left, climate chaos industry and “mainstream media,” giving him his first brush with the politics of personal destruction. But it did not prepare him for the lengths and depths his opponents would go to “discourage” his political activities.

With our nation drowning in debt, energy prices skyrocketing, and unaccountable pseudo-scientific agencies like EPA and Interior hobbling business and economic growth in endless delays and red tape, Dr. Robinson decided to run for Congress. He was a scientist, with proven math and budgetary skills, a thoughtful, conservative, Christian family man – who could bring much needed skills and perspectives to the House of Representatives.

He challenged DeFazio, who initially figured he would have a cakewalk against this political neophyte. But Robinson raised $1.3 million from over 5,000 individual donors (against DeFazio’s $1.5 million from special interests, MoveOn.org and other contributors), gave numerous speeches and ran a highly effective campaign. With polls showing his lead narrowing, an increasingly desperate DeFazio struck back.

Bristling with a sense of entitlement, the congressman ran print, television and radio ads, painting Robinson as a nutcase who would promote racism, put radioactive wastes in drinking water, end Social Security and Medicare, close schools, repeal taxation of oil companies and destroy Oregon jobs. With help from Rachel Madow and MSNBC, DeFazio claimed Robinson lived off Social Security in a survivalist compound and was funding his campaign with cash from money launderers and drug dealers.

Despite the libelous attacks, Robinson garnered a very respectable 44% of the vote – and promptly announced that he would run for DeFazio’s seat again in 2012. If the soft-spoken family man thought DeFazio’s campaign had been in the sewers, what happened next beggared belief. Now the targets became Robinson’s three youngest children.

During the election campaign, OSU President Edward Ray and other faculty and administrators illegally used the campus to campaign for DeFazio and against Robinson. Almost immediately after the 2010 election, they launched a series of despicable and unprincipled actions designed to ensure that Joshua, Bethany, and Matthew never receive their degrees – regardless of their outstanding academics, examinations and research, or the thousands of hours and tens of thousands of dollars they had invested.

Even though they have been working on their PhDs for almost five years at OSU, and have about a year to go, Joshua has been forbidden access to the equipment he built for his PhD work, and Bethany has been told she will be dismissed from school. Matthew, who turned down a nearly “full ride” from MIT to go to OSU, has been there for two years – but now is waiting for the ax to fall on his work and his thesis professor, Dr. Jack Higginbotham, who came to the students’ defense.

Nuclear engineering professor Higginbotham has been at OSU 24 years and is president of the OSU Faculty Senate and director of a large NASA program on the campus. His inside knowledge of what the Department of Nuclear Engineering and Radiation Health Physics deans and certain faculty were doing to railroad the Robinson children made him Public Enemy Number One to the department Torquemadas who are trying to destroy his career and get him fired for his impertinence. Right now, Higginbotham’s salary and career hang by a thread, preserved only by attorneys he has hired to protect himself from OSU attacks. The Robinsons’ studies have been severely disrupted. Meanwhile, however, public outcry in favor of Higginbotham and the students has grown in intensity, especially in Oregon, and a group of prominent alumni donors has offered to pay for the student’s remaining PhD work and legal costs to settle the dispute.

Rather than being chastened, though, President Ray and his staff have refused even to speak with the alumni group. University administrators have become incensed that their actions are now public knowledge, and that alumni and other donors are vocally supporting Higginbotham and the children.

Ray and his entourage have circled the academic wagons and stonewalled public inquiries. They appear to think they “own” the university, and “academic freedom” means they are entitled to deny academic degrees to children of parents whose politics differ from their own. As more alumni join this effort, however, and the university’s reputation becomes increasingly radioactive, OSU appears to be wavering. Perhaps a dose of sanity may yet take center stage. Oregon State is a prime example of what happens when educational institutions fall under progressive-socialist control, and dependency on taxpayer handouts from political overseers in Washington. DeFazio and his fellow congressional Democrats gave OSU a reported $27 million in earmark funding during the last legislative cycle alone. That’s $9 million per Robinson student denied a PhD.

No wonder President Ray and the Nuclear Engineering deans have given new meaning to “payback,” while DeFazio smirks in silence in the congressional office that he seems convinced should be his for life.

In depressing testimony to how far America has strayed from its Constitution and founding principles, we have reached the point where congressmen can lavish key supporters with tax dollars – and in return get votes, campaign contributions, rallies and volunteers on our campuses … and be assured of vicious retribution against the families of anyone rash enough to run against them.

Because He Lives

HAPPY EASTER FROM TWO SISTERS FROM THE RIGHT

Resurrection Day

Our thanks to the Editorial Staff at the Patriot Post for inspiring us to join them in remembering the   solemnity of this day.  Yes, there comes a time in all of   our lives when we set aside political  conflicts and remind ourselves how blessed we really are.

John 3:16-17 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. {17} "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through Him"

From The Patriot Post: Special Edition · Friday, April 22, 2011.

The Foundation

"The Hand of providence has been so conspicuous in all this, that he must be worse than an infidel that lacks faith, and more than wicked, that has not gratitude enough to acknowledge his obligations." --George Washington
Publisher's Note

In observance of Good Friday and in celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, we take leave from the rigors of analyzing the week's news, policy and opinion in order to focus on an eternal message. To our readers of faiths other than Christianity, we welcome you to read on, and we hope that this edition serves to deepen your understanding of our faith -- the faith of so many of our Founders. To all of our readers, we wish God's blessing and peace upon you and your families. (As always, permission to forward or reprint is granted.)
Quote of the Week

He is not here, but has risen."On the first day of the week, at early dawn, they went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared. And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they went in they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling apparel. And as they were frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, 'Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen.'" --Luke 24:1-6

Resurrection Day Meditations

"The Son of God suffered unto the death, not that men might not suffer, but that their sufferings might be like His." --Scottish author George MacDonald (1824-1905)

"I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: 'I'm ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don't accept His claim to be God.' That is the one thing we must not say. A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic -- on the level with the man who says he is a poached egg -- or else he would be the Devil of Hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God: or else a madman or something worse. You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill Him as a demon; or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about His being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to." --British author C.S. Lewis (1898-1963)

"I still can't help wondering how we can explain away what to me is the greatest miracle of all and which is recorded in history. No one denies there was such a man, that he lived and that he was put to death by crucifixion. Where ... is the miracle I spoke of? Well consider this and let your imagination translate the story into our own time -- possibly to your own home town. A young man whose father is a carpenter grows up working in his father's shop. One day he puts down his tools and walks out of his father's shop. He starts preaching on street corners and in the nearby countryside, walking from place to place, preaching all the while, even though he is not an ordained minister. He never gets farther than an area perhaps 100 miles wide at the most. He does this for three years. Then he is arrested, tried and convicted. There is no court of appeal, so he is executed at age 33 along with two common thieves. Those in charge of his execution roll dice to see who gets his clothing -- the only possessions he has. His family cannot afford a burial place for him so he is interred in a borrowed tomb. End of story? No, this uneducated, property-less young man has, for 2,000 years, had a greater effect on the world than all the rulers, kings, emperors; all the conquerors, generals and admirals, all the scholars, scientists and philosophers who have ever lived -- all of them put together. How do we explain that -- unless He really was what He said He was?" --President Ronald Reagan (1911-2004)

From your brothers and sisters at The Patriot Post, we wish you a blessed day in celebration of our Savior.

(Please pray for our Armed Forces standing in harm's way around the world, and for their families -- especially families of those fallen Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coast Guardsmen, who granted their lives in defense of American liberty.)

Let The People Speak

Normally when Two Sisters From The Right feature an article found in another publication, we do so because the point(s) of view presentend therein mirrors our own.  We call them "we wish we'd written that moments."

In recent weeks, would be presidential candidate Donald Trump has resurrected the "birther" issue.  The question of Barrack Obama's birth and his paternity, has been the mystery of the century.  Why a presidential candidate would not come clean and reveal all the documents which are asked of him is a travesty.  It is also a Constitutional issue that should have been ruled upon by the Supreme Court of the United States, and to this date, they have shown no interest in doing so.

We don't have any evidence of Obama's birthplace or he's paternity.  We therefore are taking a different approach to tonight's post. Don Wilkie, writing for The American Thinker lays out facts as to why he believes that Barack Obama,Sr. cannot be the president's father.  The article is quite interesting, however, even more so are the letters to the comments section.  They were written by average Americans who appear to have given the issue a great deal of thought, and in some cases research.  We found reading those letters a fascinating study in the conclusions that every day citizen's have drawn.  It reaffirms our faith in the American voter, that when they go to the polls, they've given thought to the issues and are able to make an informed choice.  Two Sisters hope that if you have a different insight, you'd share it with us as well.  We know the opinion of pundits and commentators, we'd like to hear yours.  Let the people speak!

Why Obama Was Not Born in Kenya

By Don Wilkie

With Donald Trump's headline-grabbing call for our President to release his birth certificate, more and more people are discussing the circumstances of Obama's birth. Although it seems likely that Obama is hiding something -- the date of birth, the place, the father -- it is highly unlikely that he is concealing a Kenyan nativity. The President's mother, Ann Dunham and father, Barack Obama, Sr., supposedly met in a Russian language class at the University of Hawaii. The time was late September, 1960. For the official birth date of August 4, 1961 to work, and assuming that Ann... (Read Full Article)

Hmmm...since the people who knew Obama Sr never saw him with Dunham and no one knew they were married and there were no witnesses to the wedding in Maui, it may be a fair assumption that he is not even the father of Barry. According to his class schedules and the speed at which he got his degrees, he had no time for a relationship. If he had no income to live in Hawaii or pay for school, where did the money come from? How about being paid for a sham marriage from Dunham's father? That would explain a lot, and be a good excuse for the mystery missing birth certificate (you know...the one with the real information, not the informationless and out of registration number sequence "Certificate of Live Birth").

The question isn't just where was he born, but was he a natural born citizen at the time of his election? If in order to get into college or get financial aid Obama confirmed his Indonesian nationality, then he lost his US citizenship. The law looks to whether a dual national who is old enough to know (17 or 18) shows an intention to relinquish US citizenship. Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship, so a claim of Indonesian nationality by Obama as an adult would indicate his intent not to be a US citizen.

I remember the time period in which Barry was conceived. No, the kid is not my son. However, I was a young man with above average looks and well above average test scores. Among Communist college students and young Communist college instructors, the topic of “free sex” was discusses in class and practiced outside of class. In the documentary, “The Weather Underground”( that was produced by associates of the Weather Underground), you will learn that the women of the Weather Underground were expected to provide free sex to their fellow Communists regardless of their preference for any particular participant of the Weather Underground. During the time period that Ms. Dunham conceived Barry, that sexual “duty” was considered to be what good revolutionary women were supposed to do.

Ms. Dunham’s marriage to Mr. Obama appears to be a marriage of convenience. It would have provided the young Kenyan an opportunity to apply for American citizenship if the political climate in Kenya became too dangerous for him to return to Kenya after he completed his studies in America. In 1961, although the “free sex” movement was fashionable among young Communist college students, the social pressure against out of wedlock birth was still great within the larger American culture. Have you ever heard the expression, “Mama’s baby; Daddy’s maybe”.

Frankly, I don't believe he was born in Kenya, either, and you lay out a circumstantial, but compelling case. I would propose one other data point; the fine work done by AT's own Mr. Jack Cashill, which shows that Stanley Ann Dunham, was enrolled in classes at the University of Washington, within two weeks of baby Obama's birth, if I'm not mistaken. To have had the baby in Kenya, get all the way back to Hawaii, then off to Washington to enroll in class, would've been a bit much, all in that timeframe, I presume?? But, that said, there has been some interesting stuff turn up on the Internet that does give one pause, on this whole issue. The so-called Kenyan Birth Certificates, that one can see on the Internet; there is at least one, that does pass the "smell test". Also, there is Michelle Obama's own words, on Youtube, referring to her husband as Kenyan born. There is the grandmother's statement, about being present at his birth in Kenya, which has, or has not been rebutted, depending upon who you believe? There are several major articles from various African newspapers, still available on the Net, from years ago, referring to Obama as "Kenyan born"; an appellation that may have been promoted by Obama himself when convenient for propaganda purposes as a State Senator and US Senator, but which became inconvenient when a run for the Presidency became more focused. Then there is the whole who-spends-millions-of-dollars-to-hide-their-birth-certificate-if-they've-got-nothing-to-hide-angle, which is the real mystery here. I personally suspect that his mother and "father's" "marriage" was a sham, and that his biological father is Frank Marshall Davis. I doubt that is reflected on his real Birth Certificate however, but I cannot fathom what information is contained therein, that he is driven to desperately hide the real thing, IF it does exist??

The most interesting bit of information from Mr. Cashill's work, to me, is the Ann Dunham/Washington State documentation. In 1961, most women still spent much longer in the hospital after giving birth. I find it preposterous to believe, from simply a post-partum point of view, that an unwed teenage mother left Hawaii scant days after giving birth to her first baby and started classes thousands of miles from her parents. Yet this is one of the few things of which we have actual hard proof.

I read earlier the theory that it's the dates on the birth certificate that Barry wants to hide. If he was born several months earlier, Obama Sr. could not possibly be his father. Perhaps Barry's birth certificate is dated much earlier and says: "father unknown." This would negate the entire first autobiography, which is the house of cards his whole life is standing on.

We really have little FACTS regarding little Barry's real background and parentage. Barry has hidden everything, even his long form birth certificate. And, he has apparently spent $2 M Dollars to keep from having to release his LFBC. So you have to ask, if you choose to hide all your records, what are you trying to hide?

UPDATE: Paletinians Arrested In Fogel Family Massacre

The world was shocked to learn of the horrifying massacre of the Fogel family in Samaria on March 11, 2011.  The following article describes the determination of the Israeli government and law enforcement authorities to bring the perpetrators to justice.  It doesn't surprise us that they got their killers.  What is sickening is to learn how their fellow Arabs attempted to hide their identities and the evil deeds.

Two Palestinians arrested in Fogel family     massacre

By YAAKOV LAPPIN

Members of the Fogel Family who were killed.
Palestinian youths from Awarta "saw children sleeping in Fogel home," snuck in and stabbed them to death; suspects affiliated with PFLP.

Two Palestinian youths from the village of Awarta were arrested in recent days for the brutal slaying of five members of the Fogel family in their Itamar home last month, the IDF and Shin Bet said on Sunday following the lifting of a media ban on the investigation.

The suspects have been named as Hakim Maazan Niad Awad, an 18-year-old high school student, and Amjad Mahmud Fauzi Awad, 19, both from the West Bank village of Awarta, located 2 kilometers south of the settlement of Itamar.

The suspects have confessed to the stabbings and re-enacted the murders, security forces said on Sunday. According to Army Radio, they did not express remorse for their crimes.

Both men are affiliated with the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PLFP) terror group and received significant assistance from family members and friends after the attack, security forces added.   The suspects planned the stabbings days ahead of time. On the night of March 11, after unsuccessful attempts to obtain firearms from a local PFLP representative in their village, the two set out toward Itamar on foot, armed with knives, a wirecutter and masks to cover their faces.

Fogel Family Residence
After walking one kilometer, they reached the fence surrounding Itamar. After seeing that the fence was electric, the suspects decided not to use their wire cutters and instead climbed over it. They then climbed through a forest and over a hilltop before reaching a row of homes.

The suspects at first entered a home adjacent to the Fogel residence, but found that nobody was home. They stole an M-16 rifle from the home, ammunition and body armor, before walking on.

"They saw children sleeping in the home, and entered the Fogel family residence," the IDF said. Immediately after entering the home, the youths set their knives on two young brothers sleeping in their beds, 4-year-old Elad and 11-year-old Yoav.

They then entered the parents' bedroom, where they launched a knife attack on Ehud and Ruth Fogel. The parents fought back, attempting to fend off the attackers. At that point, one of the suspects shot Ruth with a stolen M-16, at which point the two died of their wounds.

The two then left the house. One of the suspects, however, returned and stabbed to death three-month-old baby Hadas after she began crying in her crib.

According to Israel Radio, Amjad said that he was unaware that there were two other children in the house, and that if he had known, he would have stabbed them as well.  After completing the slaughter, the suspects walked back to the village and told Hakim's uncle, PFLP member Salah Adin Awad, what they had done.

Salah hid their firearms and instructed them to burn their clothes, which were covered in blood. Salah hid their firearms and instructed them to burn their clothes, which were covered in blood. The youths then resumed their daily life, while Salah sent the weapons to a friend in Ramallah, Jad Avid, who hid the guns in his home.

Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), which led the investigation, said the attack was a premeditated terror attack carried out by suspects who have affiliations with the PFLP.

"They received much support from family members and friends in their environment," the Shin Bet added.

Several suspected accomplices are also under arrest.

"The intelligence operation and pooling of resources [between the army, police and Shin Bet] led to the arrests," a joint statement said.

Several suspected accomplices are also under arrest.

IDF Spokeswoman Lt. Col. Avital Leibovich said: “The murders of five family members including a three-month baby constitute a clear war crime and a crossing of all red lines. The IDF has invested in numerous operational and intelligence efforts, and has worked closely with other security forces in order to find those responsible for this vicious murder.”

Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz on Sunday expressed his condolences once again to the Fogel family after the announcement of the arrests.

Katz told Army Radio, "To those Palestinians who said 'it can't be one of us' [who committed the crime], well it turned out to be one of you."
